Baby Blue Bunny footie with hood/ears/tail

This is for a custom baby blue single layer plush sherpa bunny footie.   The sherpa is a double sided sherpa, so is extra thick!!!  The zipper runs from the neck, down to your crotch. It will have 2 locking zipper heads,  with a zipper tab at the top.  The hands will be enclosed in mittens, and the feet will be fabric/paw prints.  The tail will snap on/off.

*This will also have slots in the wrists with snaps.

I will need the following measurements in inches to make this:

chest

hips

thigh (all the way around the top of 1 leg)

shoulder to crotch

shoulder to floor

crotch to floor

torso (basically all the way around starting at your shoulder, down to your crotch, and back up to your shoulder)

sleeve (starting from the side of your neck, to the point of your shoulder, and continue down to your wrist)

foot length, and 

widest part of your foot.
