BAby Blue Fleece Footie with Elastic in the ankles and vinyl soles

This is for a custom baby blue fleece footie pajama featuring elastic in the ankles. a locking zipper with zipper tab at the top, and vinyl soles on the bottom of the feet. I will need the following measurements in inches to make this: chest hips thigh (all the way around the top of 1 leg) shoulder to crotch shoulder to floor crotch to floor torso (basically all the way around starting at your shoulder, down to your crotch, and back up to your shoulder) sleeve (starting from the side of your neck, to the point of your shoulder, and continue down to your wrist) foot length, and widest part of your foot.
