Custom footie pajama

Base price is 108.  Mittens adds $20 to the price, and padding adds an additional $20.  Additional add ons would be vinyl toe caps (+10), elastic in the ankles (+10) and back of the waist (+10), and zipper protector strip (+10).  This will have a locking zipper in BACK, from neck to lower back.  There will also be a zipper tab across the top of the zipper.

I will also need the following measurements: 

chest

hips

thigh (all the way around the top of 1 leg)

shoulder to crotch

shoulder to floor

crotch to floor

torso (basically all the way around starting at your shoulder, down to your crotch, and back up to your shoulder)

sleeve (starting from the side of your neck, down to where you want the wrist cuff to be

foot length, and

widest part of your foot.
