2 Layer PINK Punishment Bunny footie with head/ears/tail

This is for a pink punishment bunny, with white tummy patch/inner ears, white snap on tail, and a pink satin bow around the neck.  You would have mesh eyes, and a locking mouth, and the suit would keep your arms and legs bent at all times, with the locking zipper in the back.  The locking zipper in back would have 2 zipper heads, so the suit can be unzipped from the crotch or the back of the head, while keeping the suit on.  The total would be $350.

I will need the following measurements in inches to make this:

chest

hips

thigh (all the way around the top of 1 leg)

shoulder to crotch

shoulder to floor

crotch to floor

torso (basically all the way around starting at your shoulder, down to your crotch, and back up to your shoulder)

sleeve (starting from the side of your neck, to the point of your shoulder, and continue down to your wrist)

foot length, and 

widest part of your foot.
